Every morning, I love to stretch my hamstrings and calf muscles. This chakras method helps relieve tension in my knees. Just a few soft breaths ease the tension in my knees and hips, promoting firmer, more flexible leg muscles.
The points of the heel and sit bones are echoed in the Root Chakra, which is linked to the concept of muscle elongation, this is the secret why my muscles get firmer and firmer day by day.
